just went back and re-watched that playthrough. they mention a few times that chris tweeted unflattering art of Revolution 60 that caused brianna to change the character models, and i went hunting for that tweet. the only place i could find it was in an archived /v/ thread from 6 years ago

anyway it turns out in episode 6 of the playthrough the editor includes the tweet, so as usual i had wasted my precious time

chris' twitter autodeletes older posts or has been wiped, but in looking through it i did find various unrelated funnee items, i.e. texts from chris' mom:

This is the first time I've actually watched the Oneyplays of it and I actually kinda like the designs of Revolution 60 and it looks like a decent amount of heart went into it. The look of the girls feels nostalgic to me. The "How To Draw Anime" face plus an almost kinda Don Bluthy rat face look. I like it.
Not to mention with the change of the times it's practically refreshing to see a cast of characters that at least tried to all look attractive and cool, and not intentionally fat and ugly and disabled.

It's a shame the gameplay and everything else amounted to a hot pile of garbage.

It was definitely real and I would never call Dave a liar! Chris just wanted a homie blowie for teh lulz and decided to reciprocate

Re: Revolution 60 I actually think this was one of the better videos with Cory in it. I realize they played a 2016 remaster of a 2010s game but it somehow looked perfectly early 2000s of how the general public thought all anime looked like. The gameplay being a spelling QTE was so baffling.
