shame with all the DD&J drama I loved the yiik playthrough and honestly I like them more than any other hosts we got iconic characters such as motifa, peetah, homa, goofy, big penny, urchula, seth rogan ect. the zach tomar lyle era was good but it slowly devolved into Gooner humor pure drunkard retardation and a Npc comment section where everyone is a comedian but has only one joke “tomar do evil thing” and at some point they say shit like ”he‘s an abusive father” or some shit like that almost like shad‘s keemstar drawing level fucked up. But you can’t say anything ”cuz humor is subjective bro”

Ding Dong and Julian sound completely exhausting to be friends with. Maybe that's why they can't seem to stay with any friend group for any period of time and Chris just seems to be an autistic social butterfly by comparison.

I'm also on the side that believes that the primary reason why the Yiik finale didn't pan out is due to DD/J's side. Call this parasocial behavior but I frankly believe that Chris is busting his ass covering for them. Like why the hell does Chris have to be the one to announce that they left the channel for good and don't want to be talked about it.

How is Ding Dong so autistic that he thinks just nuking his social media on the regular is gonna explain to people that he wants to disappear sorta kinda and don't talk to him about OneyPlays AKA the most popular thing he's done and primarily known for. Why doesn't he change his name and handle. Him and Rockcock weren't always such sniverling queers, right? What happened?
 
Kiwi Farms was 502'ed during DingDong's Xbox stream on the 29th, when I would've mentioned anything of interest. But better late than never, and there was really only one thing.

A donator asked if there would ever be an OneyStays2 and and DingDong hesitated a little bit to say no. Largely the 2 week session stretched into 3 weeks and they had to stay up really late to squeeze in more recordings (yet another reason to curse YIIK for soft-locking). The recording "got in the way" of things and DingDong's tone sounded like he'd be open to it if it were very convenient - but it's not given that he moved a few hours' drive away. Then probably a few more hours further away after that with the second move.

I'd love to huff copium and say Chris's "left for good" comment was the first phrasing that came to mind or he's tempering expectations, but it's just realistic that it probably wont happen again because of logistics.

Aside from that, a zany rat game, playing around with some Xbox launch titles, the usual game talk, some societal talk toward the end, and his mental health overall seems better.

i will say that clearly ding dong and julian are kinda nuts (not pejorative) and sometimes as you get older i think it gets harder to deal with change, challenges, the unexpected, etc... so if you're a shut-in with a comfy routine i can imagine finding the idea of staying with a friend somewhere else for a couple weeks to be threatening and alarming rather than sounding like a fun change of pace

From my now rollbacked rundown of the stream, DD said they had to take time off to animate the YIIK finale. He also said he opened a bluesky account just to post perviously paywalled info about their game. So if people want to not pay them and see any progress or any lack of progress, we can check it out.

I really want to believe DingDong is doing better and healing and all that, but when all of his stories are "I was part of a group of people, but every single one of them turned out to be malicious, paranoid, abusers and I sat helplessly in the crossfire of all their actions, and if I ever said anything people would gaslight me to say I was the problem" makes me think he might have been the problem or at-least seeks out psychos to associate with.

As much as I like dave, he's one of the people (fnf dev) who invited unfunny zoomer faggotry into newgrounds. remember when Chris was talking about how sensitive tumblr users are not compatible with newgrounds? Now it's full of people with the tumblr mindset. Sad!
