On the subject of dino horror, they could play the Tempus Triad demo, or Blood Mall (short horror game where you have to hunt a dinosaur in a mall). Deathground would be another good one, as that game can be played multiplayer.
 
I'm a little discouraged by their choice of game today. Although their commentary had some funny bits, I do really enjoy listening to them get scared/invested in scary games for BoneyPlays. I think Reanimal and Shift at Midnight would be fun but unfortunately they're both still just demos and I suspect they wouldn't provide enough content. Also I know this is rainbow of me but I would love a Mouthwashing episode (although I am well aware that it would attract a certain audience to the channel that have already begun migrating from Smiling Friends).

Tempus Triad looks great, that dinosaur (therizinosauraus?) was terrifying the way it freezes when you look at at.
Dinosaurs are way fucking scarier than aliens. Such a criminally untapped genre. It seems every dinosaur game gets abandoned in development.
Jurassic World needs to fuck off and stop normalizing dinos, I want to be scared, not see a fucking Dilophosaur and think it's cute.
(That final dinosaur in the last World film looked like it had down syndrome what the fuck were those assholes thinking?)

Also, more plesiosaurs and Thunderbirds, raptors are terrifying, but the pteradons in Jurassic Park 3 were nightmare fuel of there own.

And tone down the feathers. I don't care if it's "correct" the kid in Jurassic Park was right, a giant turkey isn't scary.. until it's after you. But I prefer the big lizards.
 
Pretty crazy that the steam announcement at the beginning of today's episode seems to imply they were recording this in November-ish of last year. Unless that announcement has just stayed up for a long time or something.

Fear and Hunger 2 upload had the same concern apparently and the channel manager (helix) confirmed that they recorded the episode within the last couple months and not in 2023 (link to reddit thread)

I don't mean like when they're fucking around with it that's funny. I mean like when they were impressed by that shitty tomar picture it made in the state of decay video.

I was just hoping for more shit like Mortuary Assistant, the Michael Jackson Ayuoki game or fuck even Garten of Banban and the Poppys playclub was pretty good. Though I think it's worth mentioning the worry that because of his affiliation with AS and how happy they are to completely fuck over fan favorites for faggots that don't even watch the shows, (see Unknown Hinson for example) that his appearances on Oney is going to be castrated and watered down.

I dunno man, I had fun with it. I don't think he's watered down to any significant degree since the Stewie getting groomed and raped on Discord bit stayed in.

I think with how Adult Swim/Cartoon Network has been going these last couple of years, it’s in their best interest to let Zach do whatever the fuck he wants.

Justin Roiland had his big sexual assault alligations and they still left Rick and Morty on the air. They’d be shooting themselves in the foot to end one if their biggest shows they’ve had in years.

Zach and Michael probably have a lot more power in AS than we think. Considering they got signed up to 5 Seasons. That doesn’t happen with very many shows. Along with the fact that the show has stayed very lightly merchandised outside of a few shirts something that Zach’s been adamant about. Compare that to Rick and Morty that had shirts, toys, an app and all other kinds of crap by its second season.
 
What Chris said in the episode about it not really mattering what they're playing as long as the commentary is good is mostly true. However the BEST Oneyplays episodes are the ones where they have good commentary and remain engaged with the game they're playing. All of the best series' are like that.

I liked it but Corey was pissing me the absolute fuck off when they were in the library and it was made clear to be silent and Cory wouldn't stop cackling and screaming like a retard, I get it, it's a comedy show, but he was just trying too hard I think, it came off as annoying.

Quite the opposite. I'm extremely glad they're not doing the "Uh! AI! If it is used for ANYTHING no matter how inconsequential it's worse than Hitler! It's destroying the planet! It's all art-theft and you should kill anyone who uses it! UH!" thing, which is potentially my single most hated variety of internet faggot. Them just innocently enjoying random AI shit because it is funny is endearing especially considering they are artist.
