Recently watched their Megaman X playthrough and it was weird hearing Matt from SuperMega make fun of people attending a BLM protest, and then 4 years later made a whole podcast episode about it. Also liked how they knew videos with Matt in the thumbnail got less views, so he wasn't in it.

Nothing worse than listening to an old DD+J video and getting surprised by a GameGrumps or SuperMega guest
 
Talking about how we got into Oney, I think the Game Grumps/Oney Plays Simpsons Hit and Run was my first introduction. Thought it was funny at the time, but I watched it again recently and it was clear how awkward it was between Arin and DD/J, even before Dream Daddy drama. Oney is easy going and can pair with nearly anyone but there were so many awkward pauses. Possibly because Arin didn't know what kind of humor to bring up, but possibly because DD/J never really got along with Arin in the first place.

I started watching back in late 2017-early 2018 with the Crash Bandicoot 2 playthrough. I didn't like Zach, Tomar, Lyle (though I still don't like him), and the others until I gave them a go sometime in 2020 it must have been. They're still one of the only channels that have stayed (relatively) consistent after nearly a decade without becoming too corporate or trying to appeal to a niche group of the mentally ill

I've also found that if you didn't start out with them, you probably won't enjoy the prime DD and Julian era stuff, but it's solid gold as far as I'm concerned.

OneyPlays? Since the beginning really, however it was pretty on and off with large gaps. Oney himself? Roughly since A Random Day 3. I can't tell you how many times I watched Grand Theft Awesome and his Left 4 Dead parody. COUNTLESS.
 
Question: I've been looking for a while and I can't find the episode, but I'm searching for the video where they're making fun of Linkara and Chris says in Linkaravoice "I'm here to steal your oats"
I wanted to say it was the Aladdin or Uncharted video(s) but I couldn't find it
