I have been playing it and you can either get Etemon by 100 percenting from fighting them in the Akihabara Digital shift in Chapter 16 then digiconverting them to the digibank, or you could just level up from the beginning, it just requires some grinding, digivolving and de-digivolving to build up the max level and ability points and maybe a little bit of training in the digifarms for the required stats needed.
