Pretty likely tbh. If you remember what happened in Kazakhstan a while back, this is very similar, except there's no Putin to save the mullahs (edit; I should add while the USA hates the mullahs, the globalists who run the UN and other global organizations are a big fan. Hence the split between things like Trump and Obama's policy towards the regime.)

Globalist NGO can't instigate riots and protests on their own, they can only escalate them. Color revolutions require people to head onto the streets on their own initiative before the controlled assets can whip the crowd into a frenzied state and point them in specific directions. Iran also suffered riots during the whole "Arab Spring" nonsense, the food prices spiked harshly in 2011 globally but far more in North Africa and Middle East; but the regime has foreign mercenary brigades called that crack heads when the peons get too uppity.

Bullshit, glowniggers find a crazy person and activate them all the time. It isn't that hard for an NGO to push some sandniggers to go throw some molitovs and set stuff on fire
 
The Iranian people deserve to win, they really do. But this bloody regime has special friends and just keeps on surviving.
The globalists aren't helping the Iranian people riot, if they're involved at all they're involved with keeping the regime in place. They need Iran to stay the big bad anti-Western force in the region. Iran isn't like the Arab countries in the Spring - the younger generation especially is highly educated and quite modern. They won't crash and burn when the regime falls like Northern Africa did.

people in iran generally don't hold americans in high regard, nor do they like western ngos.
the ones who like the islamic republic obviously hate the west, and the ones who dislike the islamic republic also hate the west because they blame british and american interference for the shah getting overthrown.

They also don't want to, if the Glowniggers in the Deep State didn't like the current Iran government then they wouldn't have let Obama release hundreds of millions of dollars of assets to them, and most certainly wouldn't have thrown a hissy fit when Trump tried to torpedo that deal.

im not sure if they could stage mass protests and riots even if they wanted to. iran is not an open society, or at least it's not open enough to allow these 'civil society' ngo types to proliferate and create wide networks of activists with significant media influence, which is how they usually operate.

Khomeini was literally given shelter in France while the revolution was occurring, and there are leaked communications between the USA and Khomeini literally talking about transferring power from the Shah to the Ayatollah Khomeini. They love the mullahs, so does the Israelis, because they give an excuse for them to be even more aggressive towards neighboring Arabs because of "terrorism".
