Does it say that on the other site themes too? Or just the one he clearly put the most personal effort into creating? And he's gotta humble-neg himself by saying the color scheme is kinda gay but it's great otherwise, what an absolute loser.

Edit: Ah I see, he just stole the random.txt, I've never actually loaded his site so I kinda assumed he had some originality.
