I had a coworker in the past who had lost toes on both feet to severe diabetes earlier in his life. He was unable to get around without a cane, or some support.

I'm doubting that Blade is walking around unassisted with freshly amputated toes. That's difficult to get accustomed to.

Edit: My mom also watches Blade. She came across some lulcow vid talking about the same and believes the toes are gone and that they were amputated sometime before the short gym stream he did with Tyler about a month ago.

There is a ton of sugar in Jaeger, doubling his risk of diabetic ketoacidosis and alcoholic ketoacidosis. This is a perfect storm, if he continues drinking Jaeger he could be dead within a few months.

Figure it out lil bruises. His leg is falling off one bit at a time. First the toes, then the foot, then repeat the process with the second leg if Blade lives long enough and keeps drinking. I wonder if the holes healed at all during that sobriety streak because god damn, that rot came back with a vengeance.
