Well, he only confirmed what we already knew. He hasn’t been wrapping it since his mom went away, said it doesn’t hurt but he definitely needs to get it checked out. Swears he is.

Minor quirk, it's TRAITS that have negative debuffs, perks are always supposed to have only positive effects(not like modern Fallout players would know since Bethesda nixed traits because their fanbase is too stupid to weight out pros and cons of a build).
Other than that, pretty accurate. This whole scooter Vegas arc is looking like the best Blade content in ages, might be one of his last arcs, too.
