She isn’t that bad, but she has a thing for making bad decisions and repeating harmful patterns.
Actually she really has the potential to grow out of being a lolcow. I personally thought she would have done that.
Than one look on her twitter. And it’s the same crap again.
Even worse if you count in the drugs and some other weird / creepy stuff. Also Bold apparently got replaced by the fox "Nick Wilde" of the Disney movie Zootopia.

It’s like a reboot. You don’t know what will happen. But you know that it won’t end well.

Somebody linked me this comic which is uploaded on Furaffinity / linked to Twitter. Apparently there has been some drama because of the new Bolt ... oh wait... Zootopia collection and anime. (Captain?)

She also wrote that she escaped an abusive relationship what is amazing and finally something in this thread that is good news. And I guess this info is important to understand the comic?

Documenting this drama is interesting. One the other hand it’s pretty dark.

Too much sadness and cringe, even for me. Also the last update about her drug use is so terribly sad... Fuck it I’m out.

Around 2-3 weeks ago this girl purchased a new and additional fursuit.

Now the following happened:
She suddenly seems to be facing financial problems and is now selling a card board standee of the movie "Zootopia" to earn some money. The standee she is selling is from a local cinema. She was taking it because she loves the movie "Zootopia / Zootropolis" and the cinema’s staff was going to throw it away. And yes, she got this for free.
She is offering the used and damaged standee for 899,99 GBP. That’s a cheap price for such a .... "collector’s item". (sorry for sarcasm)
In the item’s description it also gets clear very quickly that the standee is damaged and used.
(And yes, this is made from cardboard)

additional to this she is complaining of Furaffinity that some furries are being "rude" to her by complaining about the price.

Girl also was on a Twitter hate rage against the American fursuit builders "DHC" and their customers. Reason: she does not like the style of the DHC fursuits and is pissed because they get a lot of retweets on twitter. DHC is a fursuit business that is doing fursuits for a long time. The fursuits look weird in my personal opinion (like all fursuits I guess?), but seem to be very popular amongst furries.
If you ask Onyx all people who own a DHC suit are rich assholes. She isn’t because her fursuits are from different fursuit builders.
Also some more drama about the stadee. If you talk about the standee being overpriced, you apparently are a dumb kid that doesn’t know how to work and save money for the important things in life... oh... oooh

Geez, I don't think I would've paid more than $20 on that, and that's without figuring out a way to ship that to my house as-is.

"DHC" is "Don't Hug Cacti", a very prolific and successful fursuit company that specializes in custom "toony" suits that have more exaggerated expressions than a "realistic" suit. Their average price for a full suit ranges from $1,300 to $2,000, depending upon the complexity of your request.

That sounds like a lot of money, and it is to an extent, but if you had a job that paid $12 per hour it would take you 125 hours to pay off a suit that cost $1,500. Assuming you're working 40 hour weeks, by saving $60 per week (5 hours' work) you'd be done in just about half a year. Half a year for something that can last well over a decade with proper care and upkeep. If you're really serious about being a fursuiter, this is not an outrageous investment.

She's just salty because she's jealous of DHC's established brand in the fandom and her consistently poor choices in life have led her into financial difficulties multiple times (i.e. all that Bolt shit that she apparently just had to have way back in the day).

She spends hundreds of dollars on fursuits, artwork, merchandise (and COPIES of the same thing), and POSSIBLY DRUGS, and then has the audacity to whine that she has no money.

If she truly doesn't have money, then I do feel sorry for her, but she really needs to cool it with the spending. She needs to put her money towards what's important (so food, clothes, bills etc.) and worry about her precious Nick Wilde plushies later.

If she's being a lying sack of shit (which is probably the case), that's honestly very scummy of her. I cannot stand people who lie about serious issues like financial problems. Two very close people in my life are currently going through it and they get no attention, yet Onyx is probably getting loads of attention for this. If my friends are getting the shaft because of people like her, I have a right to be angry.


So... what's my point? Well, it's to say that Onyx doesn't understand why her collection habits are being criticized. I freaking LOVE collecting merch, but I do not encourage going in debt because of an obsession. Maybe she refuses to act like an responsible adult out of her own will. She has no need to sell her merchandise or her fursuits (which pretty sure would get her the missing money) as long as the online begging strategy works.

Also some news. The mysterious and generous person who is said to have gifted her the plane ticket for the American furry convention has been revealed. Earlier Onyx said something about having a contract with this person and THEIR COMPANY and that she wouldn’t be allowed to reveal any more details.
