You have no one to blame but yourself. And just so this isn't a complete shitpost: What is the most pozzed distro? I think ubuntu might be it (sometimes it really is the first place you look) but what are the other options? Is there a tranny version of hannah montana linux?

What's a good distro to use that uses Xlibre? I'm used to Ubuntu and am considering moving to Debian as Canonical becomes more homosexual.
I'm no power user, I like to tweak things a little but would prefer something that works without much effort on my end similar to Ubuntu.

RHEL &/or Fedora. Red Hat in general is very pozzed.

Ever seen Jurassic Park? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JOeY07qKU9c

That was a real file explorer who's name escapes my memory.

There have been attempts to turn GUIs more interactive. There was psDoom, a mod for Doom that would read processes, create monsters in a level from them, and would re-nice them when injured, terminating them when dead.

I haven't used it in forever, but even though it wasn't the prettiest I remember the Eagle Mode file manager could actually be quite useful in a practical daily environment. Sort of like how the 'rotating cube' desktop everyone either used because it was bling or mocked because it was bling, but I liked it because it was a practical and easier way to visualize my virtual desktops and keep track of where everything was without needing a constantly updated 'map' like most window managers were doing.

Eagle Mode

Besides, how can you not like that name? It's like wearing a shirt with a picture of an eagle holding an American flag and shooting a hippie in the face.

I'm not sure if it's the right fit but Artix has been pretty easy going for me. They've got Xlibre images and unlike arch a graphical installer. There's a little bit of setup afterwords you should probably do afterwords like installing the artix-archlinux-support package, adding some repos and setting up an AUR helper but after that just do an update once a month + reboot. It's the easiest way you're going to run Xlibre right now afaik. Full disclosure: I am biased as it's what I use.

If you're worried it's not just werks enough then I've heard PopOS is good and steamOS is supposedly coming soon. I doubt it's feasible to get Xlibre on those though.

If you want to stay in the familiar .deb ecosystem, go with Devuan: It's Debian's systemd-free and XLibre-positive little brother. It may/does need some more manual tinkering than Artix, (you can find many init-scripts prepackaged in AUR) to set up, but it's not rocket-science. You can even go "bleeding edge" (by Debian standards) rolling distro with it's "unstable" (again, by Debian standards) branch Ceres.
There is no official XLibre package in Devuan yet though, but as far as I'm aware, the team is working on it. So if you want to switch to XLibre right now, I too would recommend Artix.

So if you want to switch to XLibre right now

Thanks for the replies!
I would probably be shot dead one day if I use steam OS as a daily driver, but a fun idea.
I would prefer to stay in the familiar Debian environment, I'll take a look at Devuan. I'm in no hurry to switch, this is probably several months down the line. Is there any current trouble with Debian?

Took me a scarce 3 minutes to install Artix under Qemu. It's quite nice.

Speaking of XLibre, here's an image from an experimental NixOS repo for it. :)

I'm not sure what you mean by current trouble. If you mean on the "employing sadistic pedophiles" meter then I have some bad news. Mr. Bicha is still currently with debian after even canonical dropped him.

If you mean on the technical side then it's just my spiel about why arch-based is better. Don't need to re-install your OS every 2 years, the AUR, pacman > apt, etc. Now that you mention it I think the devuan guys are interested in Xlibre.

Edit:
You know, when there's like 3 more posts and the one I'm replying to is a direct reply to a personalized/specific recommendation I made you don't expect everyone else to have done a much better job. See @Hamsteroid and @analrapist posts including both of these

LMAO. Tried this with Devuan. At around 38 minutes of install, it asked me to choose my init system. I chose Runit. It told me to insert the medium I was using. I will not be attempting this again. Sorry for the bad crop, but this shit pissed me off so much you just get my Artix crop parameters.

GNOME, Debian and the greater FOSS community are going on the record to actively protect Jeremy Bicha. Giving him special treatment to ensure he can continue to physically access conferences. Some of which have children in attendance, a common and promoted thing in the FOSS community.

It's totally bewildering to me. I thought there was a limit where legal/HR steps in and says "This is lawsuit fuel. This is going to explode into a PR issue, it's indefensible". Especially after how hair trigger conferences have been for a decade to deplatform absolutely anyone who gets the hecklers veto, now they're turning a blind eye to a registered sex offender running around their halls. Jeremy Bicha, a sadistic and violent serial child molester.

It truly comes across like they're mocking everyone, saying "we make up the rules, we'll defend a sexual child torturer before we let you chuds attend our conference, because he's one of us". Whatever happened to the purity spiral? I guess it doesn't apply for pretty much the worst crime imaginable.

inb4 Lunduke steals this story without crediting, again. I thought this was his job? He should be on top of every FOSS conference going down. We should be stealing from him, not the other way around. What a slacker.

Does Bicha need his own thread?

Why would you go out of your way to defend/protect this guy? Circling the wagons around a sadistic child rapist because what, he defends the honor of wayland? What is wrong with these people.
He seems smarter then the average lolcow
He got away with pretty heinous rape for quite a while. Dude's not stupid. His harddrives should be searched.
