I want unstable retards out of software development in general.

Problem is i am retarded and actually want things to go in a more FOSS direction(culturally not necessarily legally)
That retard and all the retards that add stupid anti-russia TOS on github are a small part of the reason of why this uphill battle became even harder.

Although to be honest you could also argue that people should not be using package managers for their programming languages like NPM ,pip, cargo which are all of equal danger when it comes to this. These are all dependencies that no one checks, unlike package management in projects like debian/fedora etc.

Recent ECMAScript standards have added a lot of features previously left to user written libraries. So there is nothing inherent in JS to use a weak oversight system like npm rather than stronger oversight like pip, but beforehand the lack of some common uses in a standard library did encourage the use of user packages (ex. jQuery, leftpad fiasco)

Speaking completely out of my ass with a wet fart, but I would assume that any intelligence agency uses younger people very familiar with tech and the internet, which in turn would be very familiar with meme terms like bussy, which we all know is just the best word ever.

After the Ashley Madison hack of 2015, they found that 90% of real accounts were men. Very few were women, and the ones who were women were mostly corporate turbo dykes looking for other women. Any basic research would tell anyone with a normal functioning brain that Ashley Madison is a total scam. The fact it was a troon is the cherry on top.
