Jeremy Bicha is maintainer in debian and has a @debian.org email address and i don't see Debian kicking him out. In fact, they went completely silent on this.Some of the troon autists here will probably shill Arch or NixOS, but generally from what I see:
-Debian/Devuan/Mint
-Artix
-Gentoo
-OpenMandriva
-Slackware
Edit: Also remember the drama with Norbert Preining, KDE maintainer for Debian for over a decade, who got kicked out from Debian for not supporting their political stances. So Debian is definitely off the table.
Gentoo is alright, i did run it for years, but it does get a bit taxing.
OpenMandriva is great. But since it is a 100% Community distro with no company backing, you should be ready to contribute yourself as well at some point. Like learning how to write a spec file to package something..
OpenMandriva wins for me.
But i was already packaging for Fedora before, so it's not much of an issue, if i miss something, i can add that myself.
