OSRS / Old School Runescape - Medieval Cookie Clicker

Jagex has put out an article covering DDoS Protection & Security. It's an interesting read. Though I found the most interesting part down at the bottom in the FAQ section...

Hope that sailing is fun, looks to be, see you all at the sea you fucking niggers. If you run into my boat, please identify yourself by shouting a slur.
Time will tell, though first impression is I feel like a kid on Christmas. Just floating around the map yelling pirate speak at people.

Edit: Level 12 now and I need to do Knight's Sword for the next quest. Port tasks are repetitive so far but exploration and charting is fun. I'm seeing the map through a whole other lens now, this whole thing is really refreshing.

GG slower exp than agility and more annoying to train
Slower than agility and more annoying to train? Sign me up! I need another heaping helping of punishment to continue burning me out!

Honestly though, I'll probably enjoy it since it's something new. I'll probably log in with you boys later today.

It guides you on a pretty linear path I've realised, easily seen by the order you unlock new ports by level. I'd like more freedom in how I progress but it seems set in stone which way you need to go to advance. I feel like one or many of the employees working on this played Dredge.

Barracuda Trials are real neat. The slog is definitely 1-30. After that these things give you some real XP, and they're kinda fun. Time trials in games are always neat.
