It's so half-assed. Super generic costume/outfit/silhouette and another boring "Girl boss shows everyone she is akshually perfect from get go!" video. She doesn't even look like she belongs to Overwatch, more like a rejected design for League of Legends.

ETA: According to their subreddit, this Vendetta is the new Talon boss, after defeating Doomfist and chopping off his arm. Of course, as girlboss be bossing.

There is zero hype for this junker queen brown reskin even the water bender Asian guy had more people talking about him just showcases that this game is dead.

Also why did they make a character related to the dude reaper shot in the Blackwatch opening cinematic just screams that they are scraping the bottom of the barrel with character backstories.

For some reason, the story feels just like TLU2; a character we didn't know much about turns out to have a daughter who wants to avenge his death.
And this daughter turns out to be better than all the characters we've known for years.

They want to feel that their game still has some value. But they keep falling into the trap of trying to attract coomers because nobody wants things like Venture.

I'll assume that the people applauding this like "we have some lore yay" are complacent idiots because for years OW has had the habit of showing characters with a short video that reveals "history" only to never follow up on said story again, leaving consumers indefinite limbo.
But hey, for strong and charismatic female characters, we already have Zarya and the JunkerQueen, who are being forgotten.

A second confrontation between Orisa and Doomfist would have been much better.
 
Personally Overwatch is at that point, Activision could just buy the Concord IP and dump the characters into OW and nobody would care anymore.

In the description of the video it says that vendetta is Overwatch's first ever melee damage hero completely forgetting that doomfist already did that back when he was released.
 
This has been going on for a while, but it seems to be reaching a climax. There is currently a sand nigger vs troon war happening in the competitive Overwatch scene.

For some quick context, Saudi Arabia has been investing heavily in E-sports, one of the major tournaments that OWCS (the main competitive tournament for Overwatch) held was in Riyadh, and the top 2 teams at the end of the year major, Al Qadsiah and Twisted Minds, are both Saudi owned. This clashes pretty heavily with the rest of the Overwatch community as there's official tournaments specifically catering towards trannies (Calling All Heros).

The slapfights that have spawned from this are fucking KINO and needed to be posted here.

This new event mode has to be geared towards console players, because on mouse its absolutely miserable. The mode is about random heroes and modifiers which change every some time, but majority of the time is spent in a shrunken state with a speed/jump boost. You can imagine how frustrating it can be for hitscan heroes, especially with shotguns or automatic weapons. On Tracer it was so frustrating I just used melee exclusively or suicided to change my hero. Do the devs play exclusively on console or what's the deal with this?

The last event which was prop hunt was already ruined completely, so I don't know if they hired some retards in charge of the events or what's wrong with them.

So, I haven't played Overwatch 2 in months, so what did I miss? A lot, so I'm trying the Stadium gamemode. So, they're going the Counter Strike route where you could "build" or upgrade heroes from currency. Firstly, I was confused as all hell seeing that armory menu.

Anyway, it appears to be round based where game modes alternate between rounds. No hero swapping, best of 5 wins. Okay, I can see where they're going with this. They took eSports to the next level, literally. Newer players will be overwhelmed with the layout. I know I'm sure as shit was.

Basically, you could create your own OP hero.
