Palworld - Everything you have ever wanted from a Pokemon game

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
Skyrim's patches are feared because they always break the script extender, to the point where its crew is given extra time in advance so they can prepare accordingly. Every update has its own DLL that works only with that particular version of the game. It has no reverse or forward compatibility. And when SKSE gets updated, all the mods that rely on it have to be updated as well, so it becomes a splintered mess. It's not uncommon to see a mod page that has like 20 different versions, and some of them become abandoned because of that - authors simply grew tired of fixing everything only to have to do it all over again literally a day later.
Palworld's mods are safe at the moment, simply because they either affect/replace stuff that isn't touched by the updates (crosshairs, object models etc.), or create something new from the resources that are already available (photo mode which simply gives an UI to features already present in UE5), filling in modding "gaps", which is why so many mod pages specifically warn about PAK files conflicting with each other.

In other news, Paladius x Lovander produced large common eggs. Don't know what's inside yet, but I might be on track for the perfect lizard specimen.
It fucked everything up when they updated Skyrim in December, and the only reason that they did was for Paid-mods. Very frustrating.

Also, you're gonna get a Grintale. When breeding Pals I tend to use: https://palworld.gg/breeding-calculator

I've done it since the patch. You have to wait for the boss to be hit by the guards walk to the corner then stop before you try to catch it. Catching them will screw up the boss battle so you will have to die/respawn to get out.

Would anyone have any suggestions for "de-cloning" a Pal? I have managed to accidentally create a duplicate Pal that only half exists. It neither works nor eats, which would mean it's harmless, except it messes with the AI of the real Pal. Leaving and coming back in the hope it de-spawned didn't work, and I have tried adding the clone to the box and to my party, but the real Pal is moved instead. I'm worried to try butchering it, since I suspect it would just target the real one as well.

Well, I caved in. Playthrough no 2 is go. 10x longer day/night, 90% less XP, drops set to minimum, and I set a personal rule to not use flying mounts. Chillet killed day 1, got a Runner Melpaca, found a lucky Chikipi and Fuack, hatched Dumud from an egg, so stone and wood are secured. Ultimate goal will still be an All-Purpose Lovander, except I will start working on her much earlier.

Have you tried adding the Pal to your party and then dropping it? I think the default bind for this is X. It will spawn a Sphere on the ground which then you can pick up.

I realized I'm missing two or more Pals. Got one of them, but now back to the breeding farm. Need that Suzaku Aqua

Well, the clone still exists, but that did seem to fix the real one's AI. Thanks.
If you're determined to get rid of the clone, back up your save folder into a zip file and start experimenting. The little button with a folder on it on world select screen opens the save location window when pressed. If an action removes the pal along with the clone just alt+f4 and paste the zip contents into the folder and overwrite.

You capture pals to fill up your Paldeck and have the most efficient slave pen ever.
I capture pals to see them be happy in a cheap hot tub.
We are not the same.

It eventually just disappeared on it's own, I don't know why it didn't the first time I exited the game and relaunched it. Or who knows, I might eventually find that it's stuck in some random corner of my base.

Yeah bro, we're so forgotten bro, it's all over bro, we lost it all man

Meanwhile, the Steam concurrent player numbers have currently reached an all time low of of 137,044 players before returning to 146,155, and we have yet to even see the Xbox numbers. (steamcharts had some kind of fuckup some time agao causing every game tracked to have a universal count of 0 players, so ignore that highly unnatural dip)

I think it's safe to say that all of the people hyping the game up as a "Pokemon Killer" and the gamers with short attention spans have finally fucked off until the next big update comes out and PocketPair can finally work in peace on said update.

It's an alpha of a singleplayer game which has a definitive start and end. I really don't get how bleeding players is shocking to anyone. In particular all those retards clinging to "the biggest drop in history" which in reality belongs to PUBG, currently sitting at a roughly 3m drop.
