I never said he was creeping on real children.
He's literally being "sexy" by behaving as a child, implying that he sees child behaviour as erotic. If he was doing this non-sexually i wouldn't give a fuck. But fucking coming on. He has done this in public as well.

I'm not sure why one would even pretend to be a child non-sexually unless they were mentally ill or being paid for it.

A lot of them do it (non sexually) because it helps them feel relieved from their actual life stresses (bills, money, work) and is more common than you think. People can do it without it being sexual. Pamperchu doesn't

I saw him in person back in mid May at a con. He seemed to be as healthy as anyone else around (Probably more healthy than some people...) and he didn't look much different than he always has.

Seeing someone like Pamperchu in real life is really fucking bizarre, btw. It's like the feeling you'd get when seeing a celebrity mixed with the horror of realizing they're a real person.
