I've been thinking it for some time myself, but never really mentioned it anywhere because of how the information was presented, and because of the possibility that it's completely wrong.

It's entirely possible that it could be Marley, but also possibly someone else Pamps was involved with. Hell, the real "Steve" could probably be seen in a video that was lost when the YouTube channel was shut down. Pamps could also have been misremembering and misconstruing past events because drugs, or was just straight up lying when he told us about him.
