No matter who you are or what you've done, if you're genuinely competent at a high-demand skill, you will always find gainful employment

Capitalism rewards what you can do, not who you are or what you've done or whether any of your abilities are 'deserved'

If you really step back, you're mad because you erroneously believe gainful employment is some kind of reward for good character, and the two have little to do with each other

It could also be nepotism, or you know, maybe one of his lovers gets him a job, furries, homos and troons are quite infamous for seeking positions of power and influence.

I wouldn't rule out the posdiblity of him having a previous friendship with his employers, he is astute, perhaps very skilled on what he does, but he doesn't seem mentally stable and i don't think his addictions help.

I think it's simpler than that. I think it's just straight ban evasion. I mean his old account got banned shortly before a 'friend' started that archive channel just like how keemstar just so happened to become an employee of a 'friend' who 'hired' him on a new youtube channel after being banned. He 100% gets pleasure out of the notoriety and all that shit but I don't think he's some serial killer invested in his own case in that way. Because it is fucking disgusting and no one wants to look at this shit. And I will instantly contradict myself by saying he is fucking boring as shit. I've watched basically every single video he's posted recently and none of them are interesting. It's just him meth rambling about nothing. None of it is interesting. He just walks around and rambles on about whatever dogshit he has found recently. Most of his most recent videos have been almost an hour long and there is just nothing to say about them. He just does the same shit, the things that people said in the thread a year ago could be copypasted here. He's still doing intentionally gross shit for attention that he gets off on, he still probably wants to rape animals and he's still making noncy comments about kids. We know that pamps at one point was highly intelligent. He can hardly string a sentence together nowadays. His brain has just been turned to mush by meth. contrary to what people think ever since the word nepotism entered public usage, knowing your employees and having connections in a field isn't a bad thing
it's good to know who you're hiring to be certain they know the job rather than just guessing based on an entirely new resume

it's only an issue if the nepotism comes before skill and the person is unqualified and gets favored over a skilled newbie
