Depends exactly how you mean sexuality. I feel like its a mixture of things and a mix of a lot of different people grooming him throughout time. This just my opinion so take it with a grain of salt:

He got diddled by steve when he was 3, Maybe even earlier than that and just doesn’t remember. Maybe also had a troubled or disorganized family life. Later got groomed (again) by steve into thinking its normal and never got help, stumbled into into an internet hugbox with fucked up pedophiles like steve, thinking this shit is normal.

First thing of note is that Scott is there talking about the diapers with pamperchu. To me he sounds like he's been drinking a bit. Bit of that obnoxious cuntishness that you get from drunk people. Pamps seems to get genuinely kinda annoyed when Scott says there's no way pamps can fit in the diapers he's unboxing. He gets pretty annoyed at Scott for asking questions that to me sound kinda normal, other than the fact Scott can't shut the fuck up. Ok, issue is you're comparing him to troons who lie for updoots and for attention/acceptance/whatever retarded other reasons, he's not lying because he has a specific goal in mind, I think when he's telling the stories and getting them wrong it's due to him being the purest meth entity and misremembering things. His brain is so beyond fucking cooked that I don't think it comes from a place of deceit nor do I think his stories are necessarily completely unreliable, more so there's often more to it and he's doing what the brain does and tries to perspective shift those things with the intent of making him not be in the wrong.

Y'see, I know it's highly documented this is the case but I find it incredibly hard to believe it's actually true. It seems fucking wild he's had so many meth "daddys" and all these other degenerate freaks around him which have a singular focus of fucking and being degenerate, that he hasn't had sex a bunch or been in very sexual encounters.
