Doubtful. Once again he claims a lot of things. But it doesn't look like radiation to me, admittedly nowhere near an expert. It's not red or inflamed and it's just hardened skin and a nail falling off, no sickness or anything like that. The main reason is meth and poor hygiene. If it was radiation then it wouldn't be on his toes too. The more likely explanation is that the 'radiation' was something he hallucinated because of the meth. From what I can tell the shit on his toes looks a lot like hyperkeratosis which is linked with poor hygiene and nails randomly falling off without bruising or injury is commonly from a fungal infection. The meth just makes his already gremlin hygiene worse and can fuck with your skin or immune system too.

Also the chance that he could find a radiation source like that is fairly low. Ok yes, maybe him being one of those people that steal shit on meth there is a non 0 chance that he found some hospital equipment that had some Co60 or something in there. But anything like that in America either gets shoved off to the third world and they're the ones that end up with the radiation incidents or it gets disposed of properly. He lives on an island in Portland called Hayden Island, on one side is Portland itself and on the other side is Vancouver Washington. He lives in the middle of two large cities with no space between them. If there is a radiation source laying around that he could get access to in an area like that then you're learning about it through emergency alerts and news stories not a serial liar paedophile.

Adding to that, his hair would probably fall out rapidly if it was radiation. Maybe the meth he's been smoking has been cut with some chemical that makes his nails rot, who knows.

That hand looks really fucked up and it's been that way for over a month with no signs of healing. Maybe it's actual radiation damage. But this is Pamperchu. His plot armor will keep him going for many more years to come.

I think the most interesting character is Shawn. Why would you want to live like and subject yourself to Pamperchu all the time? Even if you are a pedo, then why wouldn't you want to attach yourself to richer cleaner pedos (they do meth too)? I don't understand why a more normal person would want to be around meth, strangers pulled off the street, and gross fetishists. Clearly Pamperchu is all-in on his lifestyle, but the people he attracts who play a long are the strangest. (They might just be in it to take advantage and get drugs, but the ones that stick around are strange.)

Another thought I've had, is everyone in that trailer pack a pedo? You know how there are certain places where all the sex offenses move because they are not allowed to live with-in a certain distance from schools or places children go. Maybe the trailer park is one of them.

My best guess for Shawn is that he was groomed into this lifestyle like Pamperchu was (through an older ABDL partner) I think it was some pages back in this thread that his Fetlife was posted (Snuggybear or something like that?) so I'm guessing they met through one of the other weirdoes Pamperchu was associated with at the time. They're definitely into the same gross fetishes, so he's probably all-in on this (literal) shit too. Co-habitation with a richer and cleaner pedo might be impossible for Shawn at this point.

As for everyone that plays along, it's either junkies looking for their next fix, or fellow weirdoes into this same sick bullshit.
