I really want a finished East vs. West. Is a proper Cold War simulator, from MAD and nukes to economy and conventional warfare to espionage and the Space Race, is all of this really too much to ask?

Yes it is, you'll get a tranny visual novel with 6 gorrilion shitty mini-games that slow the game to a crawl and poorly-written events that exist to moralize at you and you'll like it.
