Do you think it's possible that on top if the 'Tism that Our Pet Lolcow has paranoid psychosis?

Certainly within the realm of possibility.
I would also add the possibility of there being a gradually worsening Folie a deux between Chris and his mother.

He's been fooled countless times by fake girlfriends, he has a relatively large community of people trying to analyze every aspect of his life, trolls occasionally take pictures of him whenever he goes out in public, and his Facebook recently got leaked. He has a good reason to be paranoid.

Chris is paranoid because of his parents and also because he does not understand society at all.

Since Chris isn't quick enough to filter what is likely trolling and what isn't means he pretty much has to assume everyone is a troll until proven otherwise (by his standards). Most times when people contact him they really are looking to troll him so... eh.

That is the kind of "all-or-nothing" mentality that is one of the hallmarks of Autism. It probably makes sense for him.

Like they say, it's not paranoia if they're all out to get you.

Yeah, he's pretty much gone from trusting everyone to assuming everyone is a troll. It's kind of funny he assumes that someone who makes a gesture to him in public like nodding him must be a troll and he'll take a picture of said "troll."

Emphasis Mine.

Chris seems to be moving into gangstalking "victim" territory. It is only a matter of time before he starts believing that the people in the houses near him are bombarding Gomi Yōsai with microwaves and that the trolls are routing airplanes over his house and paying people to flash their headlights at him.

flashing headlights is the initiation ritual

And then you get a promotion to pulling out half a block in front of the TI, glancing in the TI's general direction, etc.

Paranoid? Nowadays, very much so.

Psychotic? No, Chris isn't that off the wall, mentally speaking. And he's pretty much harmless despite his threats.

While part of this is his naivete, he seriously believed that people from all over the world had flown into Charlottesville for a day last year for the sole purpose of spreading flyers, etc. telling the world how terrible he was; that local establishments, including a movie theater and a church, were all happy to go along with this; and that there was a skywriter chugging around in the clouds releasing puffs of smoke saying how evil he was. Even Anna had a hell of a time talking him down from that one. Also being chased through the mall by a cop who probably just wanted to talk to him... I mean, it may well be against mall rules to distribute flyers without first getting them approved by the mall office (especially if they're defamatory) but I seriously doubt the cop was actually going to hog-tie him again and haul him off to jail for another tantrum. While it's true that there are lots of people attempting to make his life even weirder, he really seems to believe the most extreme possible aspects of this. Now every cop is looking to do Bad Things, etc. as far as he's concerned.

I'm not qualified to diagnose a psychotic break, but his instant belief in the worst is kind of worrying.
