Passover/Pesach Food Thread

Passover/Pesach is coming up, so I've got quite a bit of shopping to do. Of course, I'm buying the liquid gold that is Kosher for Passover Coca-Cola, but I'm also going to buy these sour taffy candies. They had samples of them last year at my store, and I loved them so much, but we didn't have the bags then.

Fellow Jewishfolk, discuss Passover food here, be it good (Elite chocolate bars) or bad (Passover cereal).

It's nice to go branch out and try new things, taste the world, so to speak.This year for Pesach, I will be making a sampler featuring matzoh made with blood from a wide and exotic array of the Christian world's children. Zesty Ethiopian, musty Crimean, insouciant French, and brothy Argentine.

Matzo crackers are good with ranch dressing.

Non US Coke (without corn syrup) typically only makes it to the US in little glass bottles.

In my case there isn't really specific Passover food but I do really like eating a Matza with a chocolate spread.
