Pastadome Expansion?

You know how the Autism Thubderdome has the Pastadome, which is a place where arguments go (or are placed there by mods at least) for the thread arguments that just go on and on and is just a place to argue with all the name calling, one word replies, and reaction videos, images, and GIFs without any real fear of bans? Just in the name of winning an argument you'll forget about the next time after you log off and go to sleep? Is there any possibility for that to be applied to and made for other sections of the site?

I don't get it, what is it you want? Another place to argue? Don't we have twitter for that? A&N's culture is already insufferable, why would we want more of that?
