I doubt it. The reason I become so condescending is because the Trumpers get REEEEEing mad. I start off nice, but then they keep going more and more stupid in their replies. For example, there was one post where I explained why the "only 6% didnt have coexisting conditions!" was total bullshit and explained how death certificates are coded, and they just got assmad and said I was wrong and worked as a janitor in a hospital, because I made Dear Leader look bad and the True Believers can't have that.
While I'd like to believe, whenever I do see you, you tend to come out swinging 9 out of 10 times. If you're doing it for REEEs it's whatever, but when you barge into a thread where people are legitimately discussing the topic and derail it with your arguments, it's a pretty clear picture on how to look like an asshole; and you have done this more than a few times as I've observed. Do I care? lol fuck no, but I will say that is another reason why your anti-Trump sentiments are rejected wholesale.
It's how one presents their ideas/opinions that really plays into how willing one is to accept it. I believe state-level single-payer healthcare is a good idea (it's simply not achievable at the federal level) but REEing on Twitter by socjus types makes it obvious why its not a popular sentiment.
Finally, to give an idea of what I think of the man here's an honest opinion of him by me:
Trump is sometimes an idiot and talks out of his ass however, it has a charm because I prefer someone willing to say what's on their mind over a politician trying to sugarcoat bullshit with a cherry on top though I can see why people don't like that kind of thing. For the most part, his revolving door cabinet is something left to be desired but he has gotten some things done that I like, such as prison reform and being a dove instead of a fucked up war-hawk.
Domestically, he's got a lot on his plate and a lot of opposition yet has had his successes, the aforementioned prison reform and the border wall being primary ones. His ideas on 2A on the other hand, are something I wish he were more clear on and his preaching of law and order really isn't much but I understand his hands are tied though. He respects the separation of federal and state which is something I do like, the states should pick up the slack on a lot of things. He does spend too much time focusing on Twitter and the Section 230 shit is concerning.
Foreign policy, his replacement of NAFTA is something not to be understated and his success in making deals of peace between various states in the ME is unbelievable, I didn't expect that kind of thing at all. Hell, the peace deal between Kosovo and Serbia was an absolute surprise to me. Being hard on NK and China is, while dangerous, the right call in my eyes because one is a state with a crazy leader who needs to be treated like the child he is and the other is a state with a government keen on subverting other lands for their benefit, whether its by stealing information and patents, coercing governments with the weight of their economy, or promoting unrest. On the other hand, while I do want the rest of the NATO members to pick up the slack, purposefully slighting them isn't the way to do it. Of course, with how certain countries have been acting recently, it's not unfounded to be like that now.
Overall, he sometimes acts out and acts dumb but he tries to be honest and say what's on his mind and he does have America's best intentions on his mind. He's no turbo-Hitler and I'd rank him alongside Eisenhower; who also happened to love squabbling with the PRC funny enough.
