I sincerely apologize, however; because of the fact that >70% of my genetic makeup (DNA) originates and is native to the continent of Europe I therefore have total control, command, and influence over the world which we currently exist on. And, notwithstanding, the fact over 50% of your DNA originates and is native to sub-Saharan Africa I conclude that, in the same way that I have total control, dominion etc. over the Earth, I have total control of you as my slave, meaning that you are inferior.

It's actually about 99%. We are literally just marginally smarter chimps. Same fucking behavior, same DNA, same general combative attitude toward each other and the rest of the world. The actual brainpower difference between the smartest human being and the dumbest chimp is negligible. It's somewhat interesting, actually, that this slight difference is enough to account for being able to do nothing but screech autistically or, at the other end, come up with the theory of relativity or paint the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel.

Really just read the opinion, he goes into detail on why the equal protection clause doesn’t apply here, and how their demanded recompense violates the 14th amendment and is disproportionate.
