They literally did. Just because the guy who started the thread was such a giant autist himself he ended up banned doesn't mean it didn't happen.
 
Making A&H only have negrate stickers would be great. Also, increase the negvalue of each sticker rating by 10. It would enrage the posters who sperg over stickers and internet points.
