There's still a lot of evidence that saturated fat is bad for your heart.Because 99% of the shit they say is true. Plus they have greater diagnostic capability and are generally a lot smarter than me.

A lot of nutrition also depends on genetics. Some people can eat it just fine, others eat it and get bad lipid profiles. I have genetics where if I eat dietary cholesterol, my cholesterol goes up. Others can eat it and be just fine.
