Its not a "leftist" game, insomuch as the british government is desperately trying to find some way outside "just...lock up young White people or tell them flat out their country is disappearing" to prevent inevitable RW radicalization.

Even for that purpose-its not very convincing, but I don't really think its intended to be either.

It's so poorly written that it only comes off as "Fuck you if you even think about it." You see some right wing video online about how they're trying to replace British citizens with foreign citizens, and you hit the "look for more information" option instead of the "be a good guy" or "be evil" options. In response, the game says that you "find a lot of information on the subject" but nothing about dissenting opinions or information. Really? Nothing? So according to the game, white replacement is quite possibly a real thing according to the heavily biased against showing such information search engines, but also don't believe in it or be concerned because everyone around you will think you're a nutter and you'll be sent to prison. Brilliant, Britain! That'll combat extremist ideology amongst the youths

I played Chudways first not knowing about Pathways. Chudways was entertaining, and Pathways was a lecturing piece of boring shit with choices that didn't affect the story.
