To add some context to this. Seth Simons is a wannabe comedian who was outed on twitter as a sex pest. Since then, he tilts at imaginary windmills, like the massive nazi problem in comedy to hide his own transgressions. He and Pat are bosom buddies. Not the first time Pat's been a friend with a sexual predator, google 'Dr Pizza Peter Bright' for more details.
In related news, today Pat engaged in one of his favorite hobbies, bashing Biden accuser Tara Reade. Remember, Pat is a feminist people!
