Patrick is a special guy and as such even the most preposterous and unlikely scenarios are possible if it exculpates fatty from any responsibility. While it may seem strange that Pat knows the exact motive, intentions and methods of the felony cyber stalker, its only because of his 140 IQ operating at a different level.

Frankly I think they ask for a jury trial because Pat is so incredibly unlikeable. Unlikeable people giving testimony is an absolute disaster and can scuttle your case. And Pat is not just unlikable - he has a short temper and can easily be goaded into a tantrum or a shouting match. Frankly I’m hope it does go that far since it would be so entertaining but his lawyer would be doing him an enormous disservice if he allowed this case to go to even depositions.
