The more I listen to it and analyze that last call the more I realize how much like his mother he is. He got mental fucked by his mom, right? Dad basically never taught him to be a man. So its pretty much fitting for why he personality switches when upset to mimic his mother.

I've only seen one other person mention it so far, but Pat accuses Josiah of committing a felony for calling him. Yet Pat was the one who called, you could hear Josiahs phone ringing in the beginning. Also Pat accuses him of a crime for recording the call, moments after he said that he was also recording the call himself. R.I.P. Norm.

Josiah called him first, Pat hung up after the insult and revelation, then Pat called Josiah back claiming the call dropped because of the building he was in and pretended he didn't hear what Josiah said the first time.
Pat probably started some recording software on his phone so wanted that part on tape, but regardless, he is the one who initiated that long second phone call.
