As aptly pointed out on the other forum, Fatboy and his frumpy, subhuman dyke "wife" are using their white privilege and the "justice" system to persecute a black police officer - the alleged "worst offender" [and let's not pretend that the use of the term "offender" isn't highly strategic].
Fatboy has never been "swatted"; the specific definition of that term in WI law [WI Codes §947.014(2)] requires a condition which "elicits, or could elicit, a response from a specialized tactical team" [emphasis mine]. A "hoax" complaint to police that results in nothing more than a standard police response or "welfare check" does not rise to the level of "swatting".
Assuming the alleged LaBelle event actually had anything to do with him [which has never been proven], §947.015 deals specifically with such threats.
