Do you have an example of William using the word "meek" in any other filing?
"Meek" may have been used in the caselaw.
'turning square corners' is used in Masonic rituals. but a long dead supreme court justice used it in a famous decision so you'll see it turn up in motions that touch upon that decision. Same with 'sunlight being the best disinfectant'.
Cultures have words/terms used to show you are part of the group. Meek may just be trying to show you've read the caselaw. On this thread FFWBT is used to show you are part of this thread. Enjoy Prison shows you know of Patrick's style. Calling someone brotherman shows you know of ONAfourms.
There are well developed codebases for running analysis of a text for seeing who may or may not be the author. The Fatprick has produced a whole lot of text, some edited by others to varying degrees. Running that code VS his output would provide better linkage beyond 'meek isn't used often and Patrick uses meek ergo PAT!' Meek -> Patrick is the kind of leap taken by Jackie with DoucheAtard -> Swedish national,
I definitely agree that the lawyer just touched up Rick's part and then decided to add a second half that has actual legal significance. The front half was undoubtedly Rick, the phrasing seems so distinctly full of impotent anger from a personal place. I wonder if it might hurt his chances lol
and
Why are you making it about one word? There are a dozen instances of language and formatting in that filing that deviate sharply from standard legal nomenclature. FFS he even cites an article to back up his assertion about a bomb threat that is not even mentioned in the article.
Yes, that’s correct: It’s fraud. It’s also something that’s done on a frequent basis by plenty of lawyers who know there will be no real consequences for them.
If the pests figure out there are bar grievances then chances could be hurt by filing 'em over precieved violations of the bar rules. Dealing with a bar complaint that gets dismissed "takes 40 hours;' per a bitching about bar complaints. Filing one can be for any reason, valid or not.
Get enought bar complaints and the insurance firms will drop ya. Pests might have figured out that and started sending copies of the complaints to the insurance firms.

Oh my fucking god fatrick officially cares more about his half-porch than his daughter, his literary career, and his health all combined. There were old timey plantation owners who watched the picking of a dynastic fortune's worth of cotton and the breaking of a thousand screaming bucks while sipping mint julips from their antebellum estate's porch who were less territorial and emotionally invested in this specific piece of architecture than fatrick
Curtilage is a legal term of art. The writing style where it was used indicates that was drafted by the lawyers. In the WI statutes it shows up 4 times and only in the crimes VS property section.

Looking on google scholar in the caselaw section there is pages and pages of Meek. But Meek is a surname so no meek in the filing text. Meek might just be a Patrick term.

I would not have personally conceded any of these points if I wanted my lawsuit to succeed.
The Fatprick can't afford taking the case to an appeal. The non payment of Quasi and whatever is in his Lexus-Nexus credit report shows that he lacks depth to his wallet.
The lawyers filing something to lose the case to be rid of The Fatprick would not be unheard of.
