You can tell why this guy doesn't like there being a site out there that makes fun of people for cringy things that they willingly post themselves online.

The guy literallywifepostes (Archive) on QUORA.

He responds to trolls in an even cringier way than Patrick S. Tomlinson.
No child, I will not unblock your cyberstalker website until you say I don't have bitch tits.

He thinks he has a RIGHT to stalk
We don't stalk. We just collect publicly accessible information, including social media posts you willingly post. The problem can be solved by simply logging off and touching grass. And yes, as your posts and antics are all public, we do have the right to discuss them.

"Doxing" isn't illegal. If it was illegal, phone books would be illegal. The Whitepages would be illegal. The government would be breaking its own law by posting publicly filed court cases, which include mailing addresses.

threaten and harass people online
We might wish death on someone, but threatening is a big no-no. Threats result in bans, mockery, and Josh handing personal information over to the relevant authorities. If simply reposting a public social media post showing you support pedophilia means you have to fear for your life, maybe the problem is with you.

And again, we don't "harass." It's possible someone can do it in our name, but we have no way of identifying or combating the issue. Your privacy is your concern, not ours.

Again, he keeps mistaken defamation as a personal liberty
If Kiwi Farms, or its users, have defamed you in any way, that is legally actionable and you can take Josh to court. The reason you don't is because you know we've done nothing wrong. Our speech might be offensive, but it's all legal. The reason you resort to illegal tactics is because we have archived and made public information detailing criminal activities by you and your associates.

I almost hope this goes to court. Discovery will be a hell of a ride.

I don't think private companies should be allowed to compile and publish people's personal information without their consent, and I'm pretty sure that in many countries they aren't. Take Google Street View for instance, they never asked anyone for consent or provided any compensation

If someone chooses to post something on social media that's obviously fair game

This is pretty disingenuous. The reason why you post someone's address publicly is because you are hoping that they will get harassed or be intimidated into silence. Not saying some people don't deserve it but have the balls to admit why you do what you do.

Private companies also build profiles based on your search history, which they then sell to advertisers. Sleazy and unethical, but legal.

Saying that some tranny is disgusting for getting off by giving children black market estrogen is quite tame in comparison.

Be as passive aggressive as you want, everyone knows what the game is. When someone posts the address of an anti-vax Christian family that homeschools everybody knows it's not so people can discuss the architecture. The same applies to right wing doxing.
So Twitter and Facebook should be banned too? They have posted thousands more addresses than kiwi farms have. And infinitely more cp because kiwi farms has posted zero. Get the fuck out with your disingenuous arguments fag.

If I were king, I would also ban Twitter and Facebook, yes.

How does publicly posting someone's address benefit the discussion? What purpose does it serve? This isn't Guru Gossip forums where people want to gossip about how nice the yard looks or the new paint color.

Sure you would. If the info is publicly available then it is fair game. Cry more tranny.

This site is interested in the real-life identity of thread subjects because the people this site profiles tend to have extensive criminal histories and legal affairs. If they can't stop talking online, they're usually not that much better offline either.

Your real-life identity is generally easily tied to your physical name and address. How do you think debt collectors or bail bondsmen get them?

It follows that, if you're posting under your own legal name and your posts aren't to fulfill a professional responsibility, you're an idiot. Twitter fads come and go, but they can generally outlast your life's savings.
