Payment Processor Censorship (Visa / Mastercard / Stripe / PayPal etc) - Discuss Payment Processor/Gateways/Banks censoring people in this thread.

And that's incredibly convenient in everyday life. getting in line behind five other people at the bodega and watching everyone get maybe ten seconds of time with the cashier, everyone tapping the chip instead of pulling out cashing and having him count it. It's gonna be very hard for the average normie to give up that convenience.
Cashless society is a foregone conclusion, and it will be the end for us all. We can look forward to spending the rest of our miserable lives in perpetual servitude to TPTB.

"If you think apps are going to fix payments, they're not.

1. CashApp is owned by Block founded by Jack Dorsey (old Twitter CEO). Block also runs Square, censorious Fintech.
2. Venmo is PayPal, the worst of the worst
3. Zelle is 'Early Warning Services'. Their shitlist kills you"

it fucking sucks that almost anything else is just the same kind of company, but it's wearing the 🥸 now
smart idea for josh to point it out like that though, since i guess many people would really be :optimistic: enough to think "oh these payment apps must be good since they have different names, oh wait, no, they're also a huge ring of unavoidable and unaccountable corporations"

Does anyone know why this Executive Order is triggering the jeets?

Apparently a game platform named ZOOM has been hit by the payment processors, and in an email to GamingOnLinux, it seems titles like GTA, Saints Row, and Duke Nukem could be delisted.
Funny, some guy in the chat during a MATI was telling me that I was a retard for thinking that the payment processors could go after games featuring guns and violence.
It's all about boiling the frog.

I'd imagine Jeets are in some aspects of the banking sector, the tech side at least.

Banning sex is the first step. Violence is just another. And once you ban one, it makes banning everything else so much easier

Specie under genus Karen TBH. They're not special, they're just tech workers in a sector filled with power-tripping people who want to see everyone's manager and/or become the manager. They know this means they can't go full Karen anymore, and deep down I also get the feeling they know this E/O can have potential wider consequences given it'd be just as easy to extend this to money movers too. To interpolate WelperHelper above me... if you ban one, it makes banning everything else so much easier, and this E/O bans banning. Wrap your head around that one.

Right now, we haven't seen the full EO. It may or may not include provisions for payment processors. It easily could or a follow up might. For Karens, which include Jeets, calling into banks and payment processors, this COULD be a massive fucking blow if now, they literally can't ban you. It all depends on the wording however.

Lots of citizens with guns solves this, but people don't want to do that, so people will continue to suffer until they are finally motivated by that suffering to arm up en masse and change things the only real way they can. Every single time. All the rot is downstream from rootless Bankers gaining control over America's currency issuance (and thus the government) in 1913 by inventing the FED monster. Payment processor semitism is just one arm of the unelected shitstem. It always comes down to rootless central bankers.

The interesting thing is, this is what a good chunk of the furry fandom honestly believes.
I said this before, but do you honest to god believe a group of animal fuckers that are commie larping, #smashcapitalism #eattherich peddlers would have any knowledge on how money or the real world works?

The ones who sell commissions, maybe. And only a chunk of them.

The EO itself seems to be more centered on banks themselves from what I've seen of the reporting, but I'd sooner point out that it doesn't take much to get from addressing brick and mortar banks to money handlers and payment processors. For me at least, it's not about what it says, but about the "vibe" the admin is giving off, namely that those who FA may in fact FO. Karens are dumb, but they're not exactly blind either when it comes to rival managers.

If Trump actually signs this EO and it does everything we want (optimistic all the way), he basically ensures that the democrats can't win again if they even think of taking that away. Even normies despise censorship, and the cabal of weirdos who said censorship is based actually's spell had been broken.

They will never find that motivation, because they will learn to love the dystopian nightmare they find themselves in. That's how we ended up where we are now. That's how TPTB got away with forcing everyone to wear face diapers and inject themselves with experimental mRNA clotshots.

The funny part is, those who do the commission are more knowledgeable on the issue in the fandom. But you are right. It’s a chunk. The rest either don’t care nor care to notice.

It's why I mentioned a follow up. This COULD be one order out of many. Hit the banks first, then the processors. That would actually be good, because now you're dismantling the network of censorship, not just a piece. But this is just speculation until we see it

The question is what motivation does Trump really have to follow through? I have to assume Visa and Mastercard will lobby super hard and make him seem like a tyrant, etc, so he must just not care anymore. Which is great.
