The individual in question is one Laura Silsby, former director of The New Life Children's Refuge. She was caught trying to steal 33 children from the country, most of whom were not even orphans and had families.

Hillary has a LONG history of interest in Ms. Silsby. Wikileak emails dating back till at least 2001 have been found in her archives discussing Laura's NGO. Laura had claimed she planned to build an orphanage in the Dominican Republic, but authorities in the country said she never submitted an application for this purpose. They instead located to Haiti.

At the very least though, we know Clinton is involved with something seriously shady. It might be drugs or little kids, it's too early to say, but it should be interesting to see what's going to come out of this.

Texas's historical districts are likely places to trade weapons if you're going to be careful about anything.

Then again you could still achieve many things going analogue and not involving emails, so it could be related to precious resources, or something.
 
I'm not sure if this is pedo, drugs, or illegal weaponry... though why would the Clintons need to smuggle in weapons from abroad? The US makes some pretty good weapons and with their party connections I bet they could get some home made stuff.

Still this is too shady for someone that may very well be the president of USA soon.
