The individual in question is one Laura Silsby, former director of The New Life Children's Refuge. She was caught trying to steal 33 children from the country, most of whom were not even orphans and had families.

Hillary has a LONG history of interest in Ms. Silsby. Wikileak emails dating back till at least 2001 have been found in her archives discussing Laura's NGO. Laura had claimed she planned to build an orphanage in the Dominican Republic, but authorities in the country said she never submitted an application for this purpose. They instead located to Haiti.

As a total nonbeliever, I'd be concerned that Clinton et al. wastes time with crazy shit like this. Does someone who believes in "spirit cooking" have the good judgement to hold office whether or not it's true? If someone at work told me they did this shit I'd have to question their mental state.

That being said I'm not particularly buying the sensationalism and all things seem to point to some kind of strange art exhibit rather than religious ritual. You can see it yourself here. Which brings with it a whole other set of questions.

You also need to keep in mind that the legitimacy of Wikileaks has been in serious question since they were caught red-handed editing documents in favor of the Russian Federation.
