The individual in question is one Laura Silsby, former director of The New Life Children's Refuge. She was caught trying to steal 33 children from the country, most of whom were not even orphans and had families.

Hillary has a LONG history of interest in Ms. Silsby. Wikileak emails dating back till at least 2001 have been found in her archives discussing Laura's NGO. Laura had claimed she planned to build an orphanage in the Dominican Republic, but authorities in the country said she never submitted an application for this purpose. They instead located to Haiti.

Like, it's interesting that it's spreading to some people. I've been linked it in a few places. (But all nerdy internet places, of course.)

But it'd take a real push to get it in the hands of normal people. Getting it trending on facebook would probably be sufficient.

If the shoe was on the other foot, and Hillary's campaign had this info on Trump, they'd easily get this into everyone's hands. Even without the media being completely in their pocket, I just think the Hillary campaign is much more organized overall.

I'm less confident in the Trump campaign's ability to spread this.

Almost impossible considering how heavily Facebook segregates and filters feeds. I guarantee you that the dank meme pages that this is being shared on will never show up on the feeds of anyone who wasn't already part of the alt-right bubble. This either hits normie news or it dies.

On the one hand, the Trump campaign gets a highly dedicated opposition research team for free. On the other hand, their monkeys-with-typewriters impression of 'research' doesn't have the best turnout most of the time.
