Science Penis cancer cases surge across the globe: Docs reveal how to protect yourself, avoid amputation

It’s every man’s worst nightmare.

Penis cancer cases are rising around the world and are expected to surge a staggering 77% in the next 26 years, according to an alarming new investigation by BBC.

The British news outlet says cases in Germany increased by 50% between 1961 and 2012, while the UK has also seen a significant spike.

“Although developing countries still bear the higher incidence and mortality of penile cancer, the incidence is on the rise in most European countries,” researchers from Sun Yat-Sen University in China declared, following a large-scale analysis involving the latest data from 43 countries.

Brazil has one the highest rates of penile cancer in the world, trailing only behind Uganda.

Between 2012 and 2022, there were 21,000 reported cases of penile cancer in Brazil, with 4000 men succumbing to the disease.

Another 6500 of the country’s men forced to have their appendages amputated.

Brazilian doctors believe low HPV [human papillomavirus] vaccination rates are contributing to the rise in case numbers.

Mauricio Dener Cordeiro of the Brazilian Society of Urology says HPV is “one of the main risk factors” of penis cancer.

“In Brazil, despite the availability of the vaccine, the HPV vaccination rate remains low for girls – reaching only 57% – and for boys, it doesn’t exceed 40%,” he told the BBC. “The ideal coverage to prevent the disease is 90%.”

Meanwhile, other doctors have weighed in on what to do to reduce your risk.

“Established risk factors also include unprotected sex, specifically not using condoms, with poor hygiene further increasing risks,” Dr. Neil Barber, Clinical Lead for Urology at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust, told the BBC.

He said cases were also primarily seen in patients who are uncircumcised.

Meanwhile, other doctors say an aging population is also contributing to case numbers as penis cancer is most common in men aged in their 60s.

Men experiencing discharge from the penis, a change in color to the penis or a marked change in sex drive should see their doctor as early detection is key to avoiding amputation.

However, despite the significant spike in diagnoses worldwide, men can rest relatively easy as the cancer is still one of the rarer ones.

In Uganda, between 2008 and 2012, the penile cancer rate was 2.2 per 100,000 men, while in Brazil it was 2.1 per 100,000 men.

She has a gene mutation which seems to go hand in hand with all the reproductive cancer.

Pretty sure she had one of the scoop out the filling and replace it kind of mastectomies which often stop being an option once cancer actually happens.
Shit. Godspeed, (formerly) epic rack.

I'll never forget you.

She had it done about... a decade ago, now? Her mother died of breast cancer and she is a carrier of the gene. She had her ovaries out the same time to eliminate a raised risk of ovarian cancer, too.
BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutations are no joke.
That mutation stops your body from producing proteins that repair DNA so the risk of developing certain cancers are incredibly high.

Anyway, of course the uncircumcised will have less penile cancer than the circumcised. Those who chop their fingers off will have less cancer in their arms on average, due to having less flesh in that area that goes bad.

Exactly. It's like that dumb whore Angelina Jolie getting her breasts removed prophylactically. Yes, it's true that if you no longer have breasts, you won't get cancer there. You have to be truly stupid to voluntarily obtain surgical procedures

Penile cancer usually starts on the head of the penis , so being circumcised or not shouldn't have anything to do with it.

More likely scenario, it's genetic predisposition & the groups that carry it are just usually uncircumcised.

. Low vaccination rates cannot be blamed like this. If the root cause is HPV, the root cause is either
Increased rate of HPV infection
Or
More dangerous strains of HPV being transmitted.
The vaccine has never been at a 90% rate and it’s fairly new so it cannot be the prime cause. This is very poor reporting/stats. It might be accurate to say that ‘we are seeing vastly increased rates of HPV cancers, and as such we feel a higher vaccination rate might be useful.’
I'm pissed off on my friend's behalf. At 4 pm he is thinking, this chest pain is suspicious, maybe it was just too hot outside for that workout and goes to the ER, by the next morning he's looking at statistics measured in months, not years.
That’s awful. FWIW my personal opinion is that both virus and shots are dangerous. Vaccines seem to produce longer term effects, but I think both can depress your immune system. If your friend had something his immune system might have taken out, and he was unwell at that point, then it may have just escaped immune control, or it may simply be a very sad and unlucky roll of the dice.
Genuinely didn't know. Not much of an expert on celeb biogs, especially females. I generally just... stare at their tits.
BRCA mutations can lead to a very high rate of ovarian and breast cancer. Personally I’d just be having very very regukar screening, as yeeting your ovaries puts you into instant menopause which isnt great for you either, and a double mastectomy is no picnic, but she wasn’t unreasonable to have both boobs and ovaries removed. It’s not a fun choice to face.

There’s something IMO that’s sexually transmitted interacting with an environmental factor . It may be HPV, and it may be novel strains or simply increased promiscuity. Anal sex is far more common now and that’s a very bad idea. There are many strains of HPV and not all increase cancer rates that we know of. Risky sexual behaviour is on the rise though, and is to be avoided (yes the entire history of society and its taboos is based on something real, who’d have thought!) what the environmental thing is I’m not sure. It could be increasingly poor diets, or it could be that everyone’s immune systems are fucked.
But to have such cancers rise while at least half of the younger population is supposedly vaccinated against them is notable, and should be looked at. Are we selecting for strains that evade vaccine, for example.

I assume they mean a 77% increase in the rate of peen turbo cancer from its previous rate. Which is not the same as 77% of men getting turbo peen cancer. If I've got my statistics fuckery right. They probably worded it that way on purpose to bait people.

Correct. They are talking about a relative change, not an absolutely change in occurrence.

Yeah it's also driving ass cancer and oral cancer.

Not just oral cancer, all the cancers of the head and neck.

Late 50s. He took the J&J clotshot so he didn't have to wait in line to get tested at work. Hope it was worth a functioning dick.

Guarantee it has nothing to do with it.

Fuck that amputation shit.

If I caught duck cancer, my motto would be "hookers and blow until I go".

The J&J wasn't based on mRNA technology. It was the traditional vaccine method.
Not really a traditional vaccine. It uses an adenovirus to deliver a DNA strand, which instructs any cells it infects to create and express spike proteins. The only functional difference is that you don't have the mRNA lipid package floating around inside you and potentially causing damage. The adenovirus vector itself is fairly risky and known to generate an immune response. @Otterly can probably explain in more detail.

They eat mainly fish and teff (african rice) with a side of rosted congolese
Also German food.

The only ones that do things the traditional way are the Russian and Chinese ones.

That was something the media implied but it’s not true at all. JJ was an adenoviral type vector like @teriyakiburns says. It’s just one step down the line from the mRNA, but it has a similar effect - trillions of copies of the harmful subunit bit created by your own cells. Your immune system is supposed to just react to the subunit, but what happens when little bits of self protein get recognised too, or the cells producing the subunit are say, the bits of your heart that are peacemaking?
These are actually pretty new in terms of global roll out. The previous one that showed proof of concept was actually developed very very fast for an Ebola outbreak .
See how they do it? “Oh Ebola. Ebola… really scary, right? So we need a vaccine but the only one we have in development is this dna one haha no not really any safety data but EBOLA DUDE like you bleed to death it’s awful we just HAVE to do this right did we mention EBOLA here have a slide show of people bleeding from their eyes…’
And becasue EBOLA is a very scary word then they get some special dispensation becasue there’s no real cure for Ebola and so these very new and untested stuff is now magically necessary and justified.
It didn’t do a whole lot of good, Ebola was stopped by good barrier nursing which is something even African levels of resources can achieve very well (must be hellish in the heat, but to their credit the healthcare workers did what was needed.)
But now you see there’s a precedent. We’ve used dna vaccines before with great success (or so the marketing people say) against EBOLA. Whether that’s a true statement or not doesn’t matter.
And now that gets self referenced into being and suddenly it’s not considered a new untested tech any more. And it’s just fine to inject it into billions.
Now I’ve worked with adenoviral type (adeno and adenovirus associated) vectors for well over two decades now, on and off. When we use them, patients need to be carefully monitored for shedding, because they always shed, no exceptions that I’ve seen. In some cases the patient has to be isolated so that genetic payload that’s shedding doesn’t hit anyone else.
The vector has to be handled very carefully, with full PPE for the level it’s deemed to be which varies between countries but basically you’re talking gloves, protection and sometimes a cabinet to handle it. The patients very often have a severe response, up to and including anaphylaxis. But usually just severe enough to require steroids to damp down the immune system a bit. Now that’s fine if the alternative is dying at 15 from an incurable genetic disease, but it’s not ok for a shot against a cold
Now you might ask why when I use such a vector I have to take all those precautions and the patients have to be monitored and why it was fine to inject such a thing into billions, and I honestly wouldn’t be able to give you an answer, because it sure doesn’t make any sense to me.
Anyway, no, JJ was not a trad vax. I would imagine it shed becasue they all do and I would imagine it caused significant immune responses because they all do.

"He said cases were also primarily seen in patients who are uncircumcised."
Its surely not because of shitdick, fags and "straight" men fucking women in the ass.
Jewish tricks. Give me my foreskin or give me death!
