I'm pretty sure by "lost" they mean "We stole the coins/our employees stole the coins". The company should pay up to re-mint the missing coins Null for free instead of wimping out on order fulfillment and leaving everyone hanging.

The mint did fine from what I understand. It's just the guys that have to ship it from the warehouse in the states to individual customers. Literally just labelling, boxing and ticking it off in the system is apparently an insurmountable task for an american warehouse crew whose sole job is doing just that.
Meanwhile, the asians who physically had to make fucking coins from silver got their shit done while covid ravaged every supply line known to man.
Here's hoping a better 3PL will be found, because another coin run with Fedsmoker or Chantal would be fun.
