Hard Agree"In Terry We Trust,"
Yeah, a challenge coin makes way more sense. The price of precious metal work is way too high, and I personally don't think there's enough margin to make selling custom silver coins worth it. On the other hand, chinesesium challenge coins without any value are are kind of lame. What I'd suggest is a challenge coin with a qr code for a Bitcoin wallet private key, with around ~$10 or so worth of Bitcoin on it to make it worth something, but not unaffordable.
Something like this, but with more autism, and not necessarily gold plated or anything:

Plus we would get the joy of some retard sharing pictures of their new coin and not realizing you're not supposed to show off the private key on the back.
I would love to see a Terry coin, I'd buy one of those as well.Tbh I would buy about 4 or 5 just because I want to give my local coin dealer a stroke, so he can have a direct ticket to the universes biggest autist, Allah.
Seriously though I would buy some, just because I love to add some KF fun tokens to my bullion stack/ collection. Five bucks over spot isn't too bad, especially for coin minted by a smaller mint.
You should do a "In Terry We Trust," variant too if this run works out. Maybe offset some of the markup towards a worthwhile charity that does research on schitzophernia. Should have the elephant with blue eyes instead of the queen on the back. On the front should be the KF logo, and at the bottom should be, they glow in the dark. Just a silly idea, but something worthwhile considering.
