UK striking might be more helpful for getting coins to our continental frens. I wouldn't trust China to provide anything close to resembling the metal content promised. 99.9% pure lead maybe. It's not a matter of me refusing to get one if it comes from China. Just that I would have concerns that it might be fake. If you're dropping the precious metal aspect, then I won't care, send me the lead coin.

If the difference in unit price is significant enough and the China place has a good reputation I might change my thoughts on that.

Being a native speaker of an analytical language like Modern English makes me a poor Latinist, but I'd suggest 'Quod est lac influunt' (quite probably the incorrect translation of 'The Milk Must Flow' provided by Google; please clean that up, proper scholars) over 'Flvit Lac Aeternvum', but my money is standing by either way. I really like the uniqueness of this project.

Definately go with the U.K. They are a weird people with stupid laws and a very nanny state esque gov't but they actually make quality products. Beyond just the moral question of supporting the Chinese economy, they also make very poor quality goods. The UK is shit but China is definitely shittier.

The kiwi coin deserves better.

People keep in mind that China is a huge trading partner with the U.S./Canada and Australia and the shoddy crap is mostly in-country. They have several reputable industries with solid reputations in NOT sending shit to Westerners for decades. It won't be hard for Null to find a reputable place for a reasonable price in China.

If you are going to refuse China for the coins, you should be doing so for political reasons only.

The two competing quotes I'm looking at will be from China or the UK. I'm partial to China over the UK but I realize some people may refuse to buy coins that are out of China. Please vote accordingly.
As long as the China coins are actual silver (the china man and metal purity manipulation are correlated) sure.

I'm surprised that there are no viable US options.

If part of the point is its real silver and not like, lead and tiger penises, then the China is among the last countries I'd trust.

China has been famous for years for stamping every silver color alloy 92.5. For decades you could always trust the 92.5 stamp or sterling for purity content in North or South America until China flooded us with fake garbage.

Europe and the UK on the other hand have always been very serious about their assay office ensuring silver content.

I’d prefer the UK x1000 over China and would pay more if it was from the UK too.
