hi. I found a lolcow by the name of Jomar Rivera and he has been stalking me for the last 5 years

the short and sweet of it is he is mad I rejected him after explaining I had no interest in dating him after only talking to him for the month I was streaming and now has in a short list:
1. threatened to rape me and my friend's daughter
2. raped his cat while yelling out my name
3. constantly threatened to shoot himself or suicide bait for sympathy
4. watched and tried to force me to not tell anyone that he saw his niece who was 3 at the time being beaten because she didn't do something correctly
5. get mad the second I mentioned another male friend, relative, or my at-the-time roommate
6. constantly dreamed of beating or killing me while thinking I was having sex with someone
7. I got mad i told him to go back to the mental facility he always talked about he went to when he was in high school
8. He still messages me every Christmas that he will come to my place of work and rape me
I have tried to get a restraining order but the local police force does nothing
all I have been told is to block him and buy a gun
he has admitted to doing this to other women and young girls since middle school
I have screenshots of the weird shit he would say, the picture of the cat, and I think a video of him trying to apply for the Marine corp and being yelled at by the recruiter
