Personal Lolcows: Tumblr Edition - A website like Tumblr tends to breed exceptional individuals

Gaud’s not handling the shit Tumblr’s throwing at them all that well. They were silent for a bit and went right back to blogging as if nothing happened although I think they’re sticking to posting less and not talking about what people are saying. Here’s the two posts from their blog that addressed the situation.

They’re being less exceptional than their followers. There’s an “anti-Gaud” blocklist made by what I’m certain is a troll. After they replied to someone joking about the post with “my post was supposed to helped the gaudists oppressed by you freaks” it’s obvious that someone is getting a good laugh from how reactionary Tumblr’s acting over a weird funnyman. Their url is Gaud-priestess. You can’t see the blog without a Tumblr account so here’s some choice posts from it.

Consider's herself nonbinary and in the trans community but can't handle 'male-coded' words or compliments like handsome. Uses a feminine name, wants people to call her gorgeous a lot, is a panromantic pansexual who's into polyamory, supposedly suffers from major depression, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, atypical anorexia, and chronic back pain, her favorite color is black and likes edgey bands (nine inch nail and five finger death punch, also has P!NK in there), a nerdy gamer girl who isn't like all the other girls and larps vampire books the most.

I thought Gaud was logging off for good but it turns out she took a break that was only a few days long. I wasn’t keeping track honestly. Here’s a post that stuck out a lot on her blog that didn’t improve her situation to say the least.

She didn't mention she larped vampire books, just larped in general. One of the vampire books she read by the way had a weird incest relationship with fraternal twins (one male and female) and say it was a symbol of how much they love and devoted to one another because vampires are fallen angels. It was an actual relationship and it was played as being normal by the vampires that these twins were gonna get married to each other.

Kiwi Farms is, according to her and her followers a "terf" site. I know some of the ladies from /r/gendercritical have found there way here, but I'm going to guess beyond them there's not all that many radical feminists on this site. Not that will stop them from labeling Kiwi Farms a terf site full of terfy terfs terfing around.
 
ok, heres my personal tumblr lolcow.
so im a part of a reletively small fandom for a musical artist who, to summarize, uses vocal synthesizing programs (most often using vocaloid) to create songs. they also have distinctive characters to go along with these songs, even with backstories for every character. hell, there even was a series (cancelled, unfortunately) with varied characters, a plot, and everything, with songs to go along with each main character. enough jabbering about what this fandom is for though, this story's about someone in the fandom.
since the creator of these stories identifies as non-binary (agender to be specific), they have a lot of lgbt+ characters and, consequently, has a lot of lgbt+ fans, most of which are actually pretty sane. however, of course, there are the vocal minorities in the fandom who are extreme tumblrinas. one person in particular, lets call him evil bitch (since that was the nickname me and my friends at the time gave them), was one of these people.
evil bitch was the type of person on tumblr that would be kin with certain things. most notably, they kinned being a demon and also a character from the canceled series from the fandom. this character in particular was, guess what, canonically a child abuser who beat her own son. that was huge red flag #1.
i made a video on that drama after finding it out because past me was basically the drama reporter of the fandom (basically just a genderbend keemstar in that sense). someone commented on the video basically saying if i wanted to know more then i should dm him on discord or twitter, so i dmed him on twitter about it.
now im going to keep this part brief, since he doesnt want too much to be released to the public, listing the notable things out.
  1. evil bitch compared one of commenter's friends to a real-life abuser
  2. evil bitch falsely accused commenter and his friends of plotting to kill them
  3. evil bitch made multiple alt accounts calling commenter things like "psycho","crazy", etc., even going as far as to blaming him for their fucking autism
this part is more familiar to me, but was also explained by mr. commenter to me, so i wont summarize it like the list above.
so evil bitch decided it was a good idea to go after the person the entire fandom this took place in was deticated to. they threatened to do the following things:
  • release all vsqxs (the file type used for vocaloid 4) of the musical artist's songs to the public. this would've been ok, except the problem is that they're meant only to be available to patrons on musical artist's patreon.
  • draw gore porn of a canonically asexual character, which obviously hints at it being non-consensual.
  • draw porn of a joke character thats hated by musical artist.
  • intentionally misgender musical artist.
  • reupload and do covers of older songs musical artist made (which was extremely frowned upon at the time).
after all that was explained to me, the drama died down. i havent seen evil bitch since, and they're likely rotting in their bedroom like they should, which is a relief.

Oh boy . So there's this kiddo i follow on Tumblr and holy shit their life is a goddamn trainwreck. They keep oversharing details about their personal life on their blog such as their mental illnesses (autism and DID included) and their mom being an antivaxxer. They also seem to be a so called "Hikikomori" (people who dont go outside and stay on the computer all day) oh and they stopped going to school in 10th grade (they're 18 y/o btw) yet they still claim to want to become a scientist or something. Sometimes they also blathers about wanting to turn into a machine and wanting to become a mad scientist's test subject. To be honest , i also sort of pity them but whatever.
