The reason why you can't yell "fire" in a crowded theater is because people might get injured from the ensuing panic--it's not protected speech because it can cause physical harm to people. Calling someone the "r-word" only rustles jimmies, but doesn't lead to a potential stampede where people could get injured.

Oliver Wendell Holmes subsequently regretted using that terminology because it seems to cover a lot of actually protected conduct, such as shouting fire when there actually is one.

One time I was at the movies and there was this total autist behind me that kept talking through it. And it was all stupid shit.

Seeing as how she actually responds to him a lot I'd say she's so desperate for attention she'll accept it from a retard twice her age. Or maybe she's manipulative and is just leading him on for gifts. If she lives far enough away she probably knows how there's almost no chance he'll leave his mommy and take a road trip. Especially if mommy won't let him drive and he has no license.
