Clara would be doing a lot better today if she hadn't made it so easy to discover just how much contempt she has for the kind of people who were watching her - even the direst simps are leery of giving their money to someone they know hates them ontologically. Her on-stream persona is charming and entertaining enough, and her singing is very pleasant. Clio is probably as much of a shitlib and maybe she's just as contemptuous of her audience- but she keeps it mostly offline and private, if so. Discretion is the better part of valor and corporate success, who would have known. She could still be doing better and maintaining positive relationships with the fans who still like her if she just stopped sperging and kept a diary instead of a blog.

Only thing I could come up with is that he might have some kind of partial claim to her original character design somehow. Judging from their old streams together, it's not unlikely he was helping her get started and might have had a hand in designing the original brown-haired version of her character. That could explain the thousand dollar payoff he claims to have got from her (more likely Fishman). Still doesn't make sense as an NDA though. He's probably fudging the truth of a restraining order.

I'd imagine that Prince Faggotron was paid a token sum, probably not more than $5K, given a fuck-off agreement to sign, and probably had it impressed upon him that a failure on his part to fuck-off would place him and all of his claims under a level of scrutiny that could result in multi-jurisdictional attention.
