Hime is one of those that I feel is likely (or maybe is, I don't browse /vt/) and absolute basket case irl and would make a good cow. Reminds me of another stream where she drank water out of a dog bowl and wore (or had at least) a collar. Now I get stream gimmicks, but past a certain point its a "ha, i was only pretending to be retarded" thing.

I wonder if its a hits too close to home kind of thing. I know shes said she was previously a model, so maybe what happened rings too close to her personal experiences in a way that set her off.

Depends.
I used to write them down when I was younger just because I was curious to process them when I was more awake and I Found myself remembering them in a lot greater detail after I started doing that.
Now its rare for me to remember more than bits and pieces.

I agree though it feels a lil bit embellished for fun.

Like TrainWreckWatcher said, it depends. I distinctly remember the dream I had while on morphine post-gallbladder removal (this was 8 years ago). Others I forget soon after I wake up. Granted, most aren't this sexually charged either - they mainly look like this.

No matter how many times I see the screenshot of her acting like a slut, sitting on her knees with her tongue out, or the full video, it always triggers an extremely repulsive reaction in me.
