Also, the problem with this is that it will not end with Clara. I, for one, prefer that Phase doesn't start policing the talents and their alternate lives when off the clock. She didnt act this much like a politisperg on her actual Phase account. As much as I dont like Clara, she shouldn't be the example because then, that makes it mandatory that the Fish man has to start putting his foot down even if only a few people would have seen it.
Honestly, karma will come back at Clara, why not sit back and watch Clara torch herself?

Because we have been trying the "principled" route for the past decade.
Back in the 2016 meme war era we tried laughing at le SJWs and brushed off their death threats as old fashioned internet shit talking.
Then they started doxxing and canceling people over anything they could find and we tried the "LOL SO MUCH FOR THE TOLERANT LEFT
" approach.It did nothing and they continued.
Then they started arresting people in places like Britain for their online posts or weaponizing the DOJ under Biden and we tried the "You can't do this! What if WE get into power and do the same to you? You wouldn't like that now would you?" approach.
It did nothing and they continued.
And now we have today.
Let's be clear. They were *NEVER* "acting tough" or "trolling" when they said they wanted to kill us or when they laughed whenever someone they didn't like died of some natural cause.
They meant every word, and they will not stop until they get what they want.
At this point the feeling should be completely mutual. Just as they want to destroy your life for not being 100% with their cult we should be trying to destroy theirs; they deserve the exact amount of mercy they would show to you.
And as for Clara she would clap and cheer if she learnt having you fired over an opinion you held a decade ago led to a series of events that led to you watching your whole family get raped and murdered in front of you so I can confidently say that having her and all those like her get fired over this is the moderate option.

I'll say this much for Kelsey, she makes it really hard to care what happens specifically to her. I'm not going to lose any sleep over it whenever she does get shitcanned when she inevitably breaches containment and starts doing her schizo bullshit on main; if it isn't this, it'll be something else. I'm less concerned about what happens to her than I am about the autistic chinaman overcorrecting out of a misguided sense of fairness and reining in the other tard girls too closely. He's been pretty good about not doing that until now, so maybe my concern is misplaced and he should just cut her loose before she causes any serious problems for them.

Charlie fits squarely into Phase's core demographic of middle-aged White men who comprise much of the audience of PC's most successful talents, and her contempt for Kirk is just an extension of her contempt for every other member of his demographic. A lot of guys like Charlie Kirk are loyal viewers and paying customers.

1. Having a subordinate celebrate the death of a person who has similar views to your other subordinates is going to make things messy if left to resolve itself.
2. Your fans also have similar views to CK, and they already saw you deal with Offkai saboteurs. They already deal with companies bending the knee. They don't need another one.
3. If a talent had posted TND or something else, even on a privated alt account, they'd be fired already. There needs to be a line drawn.

1. Fishman can handle it privately if it gets to that. Do you suddenly get to decide when a talent must be removed? No. That is Fishman's responsibility (and lawyers for obvious reason).
2. Bending the knee? For Phase? They will figure it out as they always have. And if they means they cut Clara, then let it happen organically.
3. Except, we havent seen that. That doesn't work as an example purely because of it being speculation. Pippa had a short term Sektur grift going that did not see her get shit canned by Phase at all. I doubt saying TND would get a talent off Phase Connect. Except, if you advocate for trying to blow up what Clara said on her alt (which isnt related to PC), guess what will happen? Suddenly TND on an alt will be up for the table of being fireable.
